WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

Please note: Shipping times may take longer during the holiday season.

All artwork will be shipped within 5-7 business days from the time of payment. Packing and shipping is FREE in Argentina.

DOMESTIC

Shipping within Argentina is included in the purchase price. All shipments will have a tracking number which is emailed to you.

UNITED STATES AND CANADA (and INTERNATIONAL)

Shipments to the United States and Canada (and INTERNATIONAL) requires a 100 usd flat rate. The painting will be removed from the stretcher bars. It can then be stretched onto new bars at your local framer and the frame shown on the website will not be included. Painting will be shipped in a tube.

For international sales, any taxes, duties, and fees that may occur in the receiving country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs authorities if you wish to inquire further about the rules in your country that pertain to importing original artwork.

DO YOU ENABLE LOCAL PICK-UP OR DELIVERY FOR ORIGINAL ART?

Yes, absolutely! Simply email me to arrange a day and time. Just remember that I live in Acassuso, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

WHAT IF THE PAINTING IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT?

You will be fully refunded or can make an exchange in the case of any loss or damage that occurs during shipment. Once the painting arrives inspect it carefully and in the case of any damage please take photos and contact me immediately.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you are purchasing my artwork all sales are final unless they are damaged in shipping.

For shipped artwork, you have seven (3) days to decide whether or not the artwork has arrived in a damaged condition. If you decide to return the piece in consultation with us, it must be shipped back to me in its original condition and original packaging no later than 3 days after receipt, insured for its full value, shipping to be paid by the buyer.

It is therefore important to take care both when unpacking and repacking the artwork.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THE PAINTING WILL LOOK GOOD IN MY SPACE?

Email an image of your space and I will digitally place any of the artwork from my website onto your wall for you to see virtually in your home.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO HANG A PAINTING?

Typically two picture hangers (10 lb weight bearing) are sufficient to support the weight of the painting in drywall, and it is not necessary to anchor the fittings or to locate the fittings on a wall stud. The center of the painting should be 57-60” from the floor.

HOW DO I CARE FOR THE PAINTING?

My paintings are varnished to protect against dirt and light. You can simply wipe the surface or edges of the painting with a microfiber cloth if any dust accumulates.

WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT WHEN I PURCHASE AN ORIGINAL PAINTING?

The artist holds the copyright to the image of sold artwork and may use the image at will for prints,

publication and the like. Purchasing the art grants you the right to install and use the painting as decor both privately and corporately.

The artwork may not be altered in any way. Reproductions cannot be made unless authorized by the artist. If the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media please credit with my name and contact information.

DO YOU SELL INTERNATIONALLY?

My paintings can be shipped to most countries. Packing and shipping is free to purchasers in Argentina. For locations outside Argentina, please see above information.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Argentina may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country or the shipping company.

These charges are the collector’s responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company in order for collector to take possession of the package. I have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order. For an estimate of these fees, which vary by region, contact the customs office in your area.
